Their price match promise is a load of rubbish. I decided to use their CAD design service with the piece of mind that I can order my system from them for the best price and claim back my £50 fee. Then when I found the exact same products for cheaper online by one of their competitors, I was told “they can’t match that price”. Even thought it ticked all the boxes on their “no quibble” “promise”. I even had to get a new design made by someone else because they wouldn’t even plan my pipes around my kitchen layout which made the design useless. When I asked about a refund for the original £50 I just get ignored. I would stay clear of this company at all costs. There are much better, professional and cheaper sites which sell the same stuff. Not hard to find
