“The delivery and range of products is excellent but the fittings I bought for the pipe kept blowing off I expect it’s something I’ve done but I’m sure I bought the correct ones. I’m an experienced builder and I know what I’m doing thanks”

“We ordered a replacement Heatmiser wireless valve control system and new thermostats for a 4 zone, underfloor water heating system suddenly died. Understanding what worked together was very easy to understand and to order. The package arrived the next day (fantastic order processing). The only hitch was difficulty in pairing the thermostats to the controller and the internet monitoring system (an online video tutorial would be ideal).”
