“Firstly, I would like to say "thank you" to The Tomato Stall for producing such amazing quality produce. These are incredibly delicious and heterogeneous tomatoes that absolutely warrant a 5/5 for taste. However, having ordered a relatively large quantity (7.5kg) a reasonable amount ended up squashed to the point of bursting by the time they had arrived. Inexplicably the 2x3kg boxes were placed on top of the 1.5kg box, no doubt contributing to this problem. I'll be ordering again and I advise anyone on the fence to do the same - you'll be very impressed. But perhaps stick to boxes of the same size!”

“Only dropped a star because of the slight foul-up on delivery from DPD. Service from Tomato Stall was exemplary and the fruit that I have been able to try are delicious - only arrived yesterday, so still plenty to try!. The slightly spicy tomato juice is great but will try the more spicy version next time! All arrived packaged securely and well presented. I will definitely return for more at some point and recommend to others.”

“Second purchase, tomatoes from this organic box didn’t last as long as the first family box, still tasty but had to throw some away, could be due to the weather it is currently hot!”

“Love the tomatoes and other produce (aubergine, asparagus and the sauces). Only issue is some really soft tomatoes in the organic box the last couple of times - many of which didn’t survive the journey. Perhaps don’t put softer varieties in boxes being shipped?”

“I've bought these boxes of tomatoes from Ocado before, these are a little more ripe, some over ripe which is a shame. Lovely flavour but I’ve already had to bin quite a few.”

“Package delivered to the mainland on time and as described. Just a few tomatoes were squashed. Will order again as everything is delicious. Customer service good when ordering on the phone.”

“Good price and mostly the organic tomatoes were delicious. The yellow ones were, however, insipid with a flavour no better or worse that the cheap Dutch tomatoes commonly found in supermarkets, a bit of a disappointment compared to the others and, indeed, home grown sungold variety.”

“Great dispatch. Packaging good especially given the box was plonked on the doorstep, upside down even though stickers clearly state "this way up" colour rich taste is better than supermarket bought and I daresay this will improve even more as we get further into the season, some skins were a little tough, but all in all vastly better than supermarket Tom's. Excellent variety.”

“The produce is excellent quality. The lack of clarity on delivery date for my one off order less so. I ordered the Tuesday before bank holiday anticipating it would arrive in good time for the weekend. It arrived one the Wednesday after ie over a week later.”

“Great tomatoes, but this delivery rather marred by the poor treatment of the package by DPD. It was delivered the wrong way up by the delivery man (I took delivery myself) and approximately one third of the tomatoes were squashed or damaged.”

“While unfortunately my purchase arrived in poor condition (possibly due to the delivery company), the Tomato Stall’s response was faultless. They expressed regret and - without prompting - instantly refunded my money. I was most impressed with their customer service and shall order again in the near future.”

“The tomatoes are excellent and the aubergine are equally as good. As pensioners we only wish there was a little bit more choice of produce so that we could spend enough to get free postage every time we wish to buy your lovely tomatoes. The packaging is top notch by the way!”
