“As always great customer service fast delivery well packed ,only slight issue is if you want to return product you have to pay yourself so if you add delivery then the cost of returning, delivery and return could half the cost of product”

“Received my order very promptly, and beautifully packaged. I'm satisfied with the faux flowers I ordered but not quite as realistic as I expected, I guess they just look so great when Ashley arranges them. I am just hoping that they will look when I put them together in an arrangement.”

“Hi Ashlee and the team I have just opened my flowers Just a few points, I've been buying from you since you launched you flowers and mostly love them There were two reasons I was disappointed, 1- the yellow flower which was £24 looks very cheap and plastic. 2- the length of the box seems to be getting shorter, therefore the stems are now always bent, I know they are flexible, but do feel slightly annoyed when spending £135.00”

“The wreath arrived super quickly which was fab but despite the generous packaging quite a few of the flowers were hanging off if not completely detached. A quick whip around repositioning everything sorted this though and now it’s hung the wreath looks great-Thankyou Ashlee!”
