This is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we completely agree that the ribbon lengths you received are not acceptable. This is the first time we have been made aware of an issue like this, and we are very grateful you have brought it to our attention.
Please do email us at customerservices@thesuffolknest.com so we can put this right for you. We will happily send replacement ribbon so you are not left short, and of course if there is anything you are unhappy with, we will always accept returns.
