I would just like to comment though, that you were always really considerate not to use plastic when wrapping the faux stems, they always used to come in just lovely brown paper. In every parcel I have received from you in the last few weeks ( and I appreciate that these items are coming from abroad) the goods inside have been all wrapped in plastic and lots of it!!
Not very sustainable for our planet and not really in keeping with the ethos of your brand, which I have supported from the Covid days.
The blue berry stems where wrapped in plastic, the large garlands were plastic wrapped in the boxes and the cow bells were wrapped individually in plastic and then again as a package, before going in a box.
I know some of your customers will not see this as an issue as a lot seem to be of the mind set that
"bigger is best" and that is all that matters, but some of your original customers like me bought in to your sustainable credentials and your skill with natural flowers as well as the faux goods. As lovely as the faux items are, it seems that this is your main focus now so maybe a conversation about plastic with your suppliers would be good.”
