Hello, sorry you have had a bad experience. I have looked your delivery up and it appears that Royal Mail attempted to deliver on 7/3. If you go back to your conformation email you should have a tracking number so you can rebook your delivery. Once it has left our warehouse we can't control the delivery! “I was really excited to try them but unfortunately they don’t clean as well as the traditional sponges and the look great the first day but get dirty very easily as they are white. I would not by them again.”

Hello Loofah fibres are naturally coarse and have good scrubbing power, yet gentle enough for for non-scratch pans. If you require more heavy duty cleaning, we suggest our copper scourers or washing up brush along side them. You can freshen them up in the dishwasher or washing machine at 30/40 degrees We are sorry you didn't love our sponges as we do.

“Good delivery time, great communication about dispatch. Gloves were sadly not up to their job. After less than a week they had a hole in them. Only used for light washing up.”

Hi Karen, Thank you for getting in touch and for your review. I have checked the tracking details on your parcel, and it is currently with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do at this stage until a delivery is attempted. The parcel was sent out as a 48hr tracked, as is our standard procedure.
