“I spoke to Ashley on two occasions to obtain an idea of the sort of price that the company will be prepared to purchase my house for. Ashley was courteous and articulate in his questioning. The Ballpark figure that he quoted was too low in my current circumstances however it has given me an idea of the sort of figure I could expect if I needed to call upon the company services. Altogether a pleasant experience dealt with in a professional manner.”

“Very helpful, was offered a fair price for the property. Was assured the purchase would be completed quickly. Theres a flying freehold on the property and this was no problem for the property buying company. Would recommend if you want to sell a property quickly. The only negative your property will be priced a little below full market value, but there’s no legal fees or estate agents to pay. With an estate agent your property can be marketed for long period of time before it’s sold. This is can be a much faster process.”

“Honestly, I was really dubious about this company to begin with. But I was really, really surprised and very pleased with how they worked. I'd split with my husband and needed to sell. He was very uncooperative and decided to go with The Property Buying Company, wouldn't waver, so I felt I had no choice. However, they were incredibly tenacious, managed to get a sale that covered the mortgage, which given the state of the property was fantastic. My ex was still being awkward regarding price, but they pointed out how unreasonable he was being and wouldn't let him drag things out, despite his best efforts. They ferried him about to get his ID sorted (he didn't seem to be able to do that himself) and when he'd filled things in incorrectly and failed money laundering checks as he can't reproduce a clear signature more than once, organised for verification to be done in front of a solicitor. They wouldn't let him fudge the sale, which seemed to be what he tried to do. I'd highly recommend these guys of your property is in any kind of dispute. Absolutely great service!”

Michael is great to speak to and is very knowledgeable. Especially when it concerns Rock music. In all seriousness I would recommend this company to all.”
