“Very quick response to my initial enquiry by Stuart who was very easy to talk to. He explained the way the process would work should we decide to go ahead. Everything progressed quickly from our acceptance of the 'maximum' offer, valuations followed and we subsequently agreed a price. The legalities were taken care of and we were kept informed of progress along the way by the whole team, all of whom were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. A couple of small hicoughs along the way were resolved to our satisfaction and the sale completed successfully in a timescale that met our needs. Update - Now completed the second property, my first house purchase fell through on day contracts were to be signed. The Property Buying Company once again couldn't have been more helpful, and gave me as much time as needed to complete on a second house.
In summary, you don't get market rate, but if you want quick sake and are reasonably content with what they offer you cannot go wrong. Excellent service,and once again thank you all.”
