“Wanted to send a bottle of Glenmorangieto my best pal; you guys seemed to offer the best deal. As it transpired you were as good as your word; he was delighted. “Ordered red berry circo on a Saturday. On Tuesday received a phone call to say it was out of stock and did I want to replace with something else, which I did. I then received the replacement on the Thursday. Good communications, just a pity what I’d requested originally wasn’t available but apart from that good service. Reasonable cost. Well packaged and didn’t charge extra for delivery to Northern Ireland”

“This is the first time I have used this company and I have been very impressed. Delivery was very fast, and the packaging is the best I have ever seen on bottles sent by post (and I have received many bottles from several companies in the past!). Price was also very competitive. “I ordered from you because Waitrose were out of stock & could not give me any definite info re availability. Process worked well, delivery time OK, price same as Waitrose, packaging was excessive. Question: Why do UK stockists of Ricard only offer 50 or 70 cl bottles? In France, the standard is 1 litre or even 1.5 litre bottles.”
