“Bought a limited edition bottle of Jack Daniels and paid for next day delivery. Never received bottle for 4 days (the p&p was refunded...rightly) upon receiving the bottle it was the wrong thing. I have emailed to complain on Monday now 5 days later still no response”

“I never received an confirmation email which panicked me that I’d been ripped off haha. However it did come in 2 or 3 days which I appreciate very much before Christmas, it came wrapped very nicely too! Just need to get better at responding to emails and sending out confirmation emails and I would of gave 5 stars!”
