“I don't normally write reviews, but as the colour of the paint was so far off the mark. I feel the need, ordered via the Giant Web site picked the correct bike. Also thought the price very high for only 10ml pen type, but as I thought the colour would be a perfect match then I was OK with it. Paint nothing like as shown in the picture. Very disappointed.”

“Ordered the touch up paint a while ago and just got round to using it today. The colour match is very accurate. My car is a 2014 plate Civic, so was anticipating some variation due to UV exposure. This was not the case. Very impressed, thank you.”

“I bought the touch up pen, good except the nib is quite difficult to use on longer/deeper scratches. It is not very soft. I have been in contact with customer service who have been excellent and offered to rectify my situation, in light of this I am satisfied with the product.”

“Quick delivery. As usual the paint is a perfect match helped by the clear instructions. The clear lacquer gives a great finish. I would have included a picture of the repair but it would have just shown a clean white panel with no blemishes and no evidence of the scratches or paint chips.”
