“Colour match perfect. Service too. I had a one inch triangle to paint so the tip 'brush' was not suitable/useless. The undercoat is a bit thick for bigger areas. Supply 6 small brushes would be good.”

“Disappointed! My pen arrived, but before I could use it, I was shaking the pen to get it ready for application, and the nib popped out. I couldn't find it. It wouldn't have mattered anyway if I had found it, as the paint colour was silver and it should have been black. Overall, it was not a very good experience at all.”

“Not sure what to expect or how the finish would look but after a few small practices I managed to get a satisfactory result and much better than expected on a 12 year old vehicle. Practice is the key.”

“The delivery was very prompt and well packaged but the colour was different, I sent for Renault Blanc code 355, I received 101186 REN 355 but the colour is greyer instead of cream”

“It can be a sceptical choice picking a company for your touch up paint, I chose Touch Up Paint Factory and was extremely impressed with the speed of delivery but mostly about the perfect colour match, my Mondeo car is in its 18 year and well looked after and you cannot tell the colour difference after all those years. Thanks you.”

“Sent wrong colour white instead of silver thought it was an undercoat as had send 2 touch ups turns out the other was a lacquer. Made a right mess of car as had to get white paint off car and had to buy a small abrasive type pen from Halfords to remove it. Finally got silver paint- 3 weeks from originally ordering it . No wipes with it nothing. Now tried the Silver paint they sent with the touch up pen and hard to be precise with it left a blob and obvious to see where it has been touched up . Will have to try something else. To be fair they also sent a touch up bottle for my green Skoda- good match and the little touch up pencils they sent are brilliant to get a precise touch in. So in my option the touch up pens aren't that good perhaps better on non metallic but managed to get a good match with the touch up bottles ie 1 star and 5 stars.”
