“I purchased paint bottles for 2 Giant bikes in different colours. Unfortunately the match of the paints was poor in one case and very poor in the other. I sent photos of the results, but as they had no paint codes for the colours they were unable to re-mix the paints to get a satisfactory match. I was given a refund of the full cost without quibble. While the paint match was very disappointing, the customer service following my complaint was excellent.”
