“The paint we received did not match the vehicle. It was darker than the vehicle and therefore has marked our vehicle now and looks terrible as it is a different shade of colour.”

That said, we’re glad to hear things were turned around and a replacement was offered once you provided the proof. We appreciate you sticking with it and giving us the chance to make things right. Not the smoothest of starts, we’ll admit, but hopefully the resupplied order brings things back on track — and your paintwork ends up looking the part, just as it should!

“Customer Service 10 out of 10! ... had concerns with what was sent out. The instructions were not clear to me, the All in One pen delivered as two pens and the pen nib kept coming out and the application was pretty rubbish. Initially I was disappointed but when raised with the Customer Service team, further details were exchanged, my concerns listened to and remdial action taken to restore my faith in the company. There will always be issues, its how they are resolved that is important, well done TUPF Customer Service team! thank you.”

“Ordered a touch up pen for some scuffs on the bodywork on my (car park I think 😤). The pack that arrived was comprehensive with lots of instructions and I was really impressed. Th3 colour match is exceptionally good, definitely purchase again for my wife's if/when needed. Thank you.”

“Better weather meant that I was able to use the touch up paint pen today ( all in one). Colour match for my 17yr old MX5 is excellent. Pen easy to use. Delighted with the results.”
