“Ordered paint but when it came the colour wasn't the same as my car .My car is pearlescent white and I was sent a flat white. I put it on the car as I thought it may dry OK but it looks worse niw”

“Unfortunately the first paint pen I ordered failed to arrive however after reaching out to the paint factory they immediately sent a replacement arriving the very next day. Excellent customer service and an excellent product”

“Paint colour is a good match but found that the paint was a little thick when applying, I did follow the instructions in terms of shaking the paint well before applying.”

“This is my second order with the touch up paint factory, the first last year was a touch up pen that was unusable as the nib collapsed on first use. Against my better judgement I ordered some more touch up paint again, I paid for 48 hour delivery 8 days ago, nothing has arrived. Don’t use this company, poor quality goods, that’s if they even bother shipping them after taking your money.”

“Shaked pen as instructed. Painted barely reached end of nib. Then put pen under hot water. Same result. Pen did reach bottom of waste bin. Waste of money.”
