“I received the kit in good condition, there were no problems with it. I did have to wait a few days for it to come, I paid a higher fee for next day delivery.”

“Excellent. Successful touch up really depends on exact colour match and this paint was spot on for my Jaguar XE Portofino Blue and Silver Sparkle wheels. I tried a competitor and the colour match was too dark and the repair looked a mess but the paint from The Touch up Paint Factory is spot on. Great job, I can highly recommend. P Jeary”

“I could not find the colour I needed for my motorbike as it wasn't listed or printed on the machine. The Paint Factory tracked it down by calling Yammaha. The touch up paint arrived and it was an exact match so I was very happy. There was a delay getting my order but that was only due to the complications getting the paint code. Comunication from the Paint Factory by email was excellent and I was very happy with my order and would recommend them.”

“Excellent customer service and quick delivery but paint is way too dark. Paint code on stick is correct but just can't use it to do all the touch ups I wanted to do.”

“In short, product looks to be suitable to do the job its intended for, but I ordered it on 17th May and I write this review on 26th May still not having received it. 10 calendar days to deliver anything seems excessive, especially when Touch Up Paint are literally 33 miles from the delivery address. It would appear from tracking details that The Delivery Group have spent a week passing it around internally before passing it onto Royal Mail in Luton, so 52 miles travelled before the 23 back to its final destination, round trip of 85 miles for a 33 mile delivery. Maybe this week....”

“I have received the paint and it wasn't same as vehicle's paint, I sent them email and received the paint but it was different again. I give 3 stars just for good communication”

“A really easy process. Enter your reg & then simply choose which paint product you want. Very impressed with the touch up paint that includes lacquer, such a good idea & gives a great blend with paintwork. Really simple to use website, you get a very rapid response confirming you order. Delivered promptly. I would definitely count this as my #1 stop for this type of product.”
