“Speedy Service but pen not in envelope. There was a break in the envelope and the pen had clearly fallen out. I contacted Touch Up Paint Factory and told them I would go to the local sorting office. The pen was found there which saved TUPF having to send another. Whilst I did get a thank you I thought I might have got a voucher for example for future use having saved them the cost of a new pen and postage”

“The delivery was quick and purchase process easy. The paint match was excellent considering it was an 13 year old vehicle. The advice to get paint and finish was welcome. And the price was very competitive. Cheaper brands aren't always good, as I found out to my cost.”

“Ordered Land Rover Gondwana Stone touchup stick as it combines paint and lacquer in the one stick, this negates the having to use the lacquer separately and it really does work, colour match was very close. So in all, very pleased with it. Thank you 🤩”

“Ordered 2 paints for my car & my wife's car Haven't used the spray for my wife's car yet but the touch up Paint pot for my car was a perfect match I was well impressed with the extras that came with paint pot with wipes to remove any existing polish etc plus a good number of little brushes to apply the paint”
