“absolutely brilliant service and prompt delivery even got in touch to make sure i had the correct colour before mixing as there are 2 types of blue for my bike i would recommend to everyone and definitely use them again for my needs”

“As far as payment,communication,delivery these guys were good,some things are lacking though... Compared to their "How to videos" you were suppose to get "Pro cleaner" in a can" if you buy aerosol version like i did,i didn't receive that,but a rag that says "wax and grease remover" i suppose that's similar,although i would prefer a canned version like in the videos so i can follow instructions to the letter. ' Next thing is the Clear Coat,in the videos they have 1k clear coat for 1 car, and 2k clear coat for some other car,i received 1k clear coat,it would be nice if they specified which clear coat am i getting. in the "Everything you need" package they just list "Clear coat 500ml" so again some clarification would be nice prior to buying. ' I should note all the cans i recived expire in 2035 so its nice to have these things with such long expiration date for later usage.”

“Received my order, was not satisfied with the amount of paint sent, enough to touch up stone potting but not enough for the small respray I wanted to do.”

Thanks so much for your feedback — we completely understand where you're coming from, especially if you were aiming for something more like a respray. Our kits are designed with smaller touch-ups in mind, using a 10ml pen and 30ml pots, which is noted in the product photos and description. That said, if you're planning a broader repair, we do offer a 400ml aerosol spray which might be just the ticket! “Excellent. Successful touch up really depends on exact colour match and this paint was spot on for my Jaguar XE Portofino Blue and Silver Sparkle wheels. I tried a competitor and the colour match was too dark and the repair looked a mess but the paint from The Touch up Paint Factory is spot on. Great job, I can highly recommend. P Jeary”

“I could not find the colour I needed for my motorbike as it wasn't listed or printed on the machine. The Paint Factory tracked it down by calling Yammaha. The touch up paint arrived and it was an exact match so I was very happy. There was a delay getting my order but that was only due to the complications getting the paint code. Comunication from the Paint Factory by email was excellent and I was very happy with my order and would recommend them.”

“Excellent customer service and quick delivery but paint is way too dark. Paint code on stick is correct but just can't use it to do all the touch ups I wanted to do.”

“In short, product looks to be suitable to do the job its intended for, but I ordered it on 17th May and I write this review on 26th May still not having received it. 10 calendar days to deliver anything seems excessive, especially when Touch Up Paint are literally 33 miles from the delivery address. It would appear from tracking details that The Delivery Group have spent a week passing it around internally before passing it onto Royal Mail in Luton, so 52 miles travelled before the 23 back to its final destination, round trip of 85 miles for a 33 mile delivery. Maybe this week....”
