“Touch up turned up in good time and after applying to a low area of the door i would have trouble seeing it if I didn't know where it was 👍,so my experience was good and would definitely use again.”

“Ordered pen paint and pen undercoat, disappointingly only one arrived and I have had to chase them. Still waiting for delivery.... 13/8 was asked to amend review as they advise the issue has been resolved but it hasn't been resolved. I'm still waiting for the missing item. Given the issue and delay then as a minimum I would expect the postage to be refunded”

“great service, delivered promptly, ideal solution for small touch ups, good packaging and information. colour matching is always a challenge, sadly it didnt match 100%, the manufacture of the vehicle doesn't offer a touch up solution in the colour required...so had already assumed it would be a potential problem... regradless worked well”

“Dispatch was really quick and the colour match is fantastic - however the damaged area is as big as a pound coin and so I found the touchup pen very difficult to use over such a large area and should’ve perhaps opted for a brush based solution…. I’m keeping the product as the colour match is so good if I get any more chips it’ll come in handy - I’m now looking at a smart repair.”
