“Ordering was straight forward and easy. My order was shipped out quickly but unfortunately the paint I received did not match my car colour. I contacted The touch up paint factory through email and was sent out another order straight away which I received within 2 days and this time the colour was a match. Excellent customer service it was just unfortunate about the first order or I would have given a rating of 5*”

“I bought paint from two other companies before buying from the Touch Up Paint Company. Neither paints matched exactly, but the Touch Up Paint Company Paint matched perfectly. Very pleased with the results.”

“I ordered two pens and you only sent 1. Invoice says 2. How do I contact someone to get my second paint pen? UPDATE: After seeing my previous review, the support team contacted me immediately and shipped the missing pen! I am very pleased and super happy with the quick and high quality support. Thank you!”

“Great service yet again, first purchased a touchup for my wifes car, and now for its replacment. Item arrived within 3 working days, so quick and easy. Not yet had chance to use it, so cant comment on the colour match as yet, but i feel confident as the last one was perfect.”
