“Unfortunately the colour match was awful and if anything has made the touch up worse. Would not recommend this touch up paint and a waste of money. Thankfully a bit of black electrical tape to create a band looks a million times better.”

“Second time used The Touch Up Paint Factory, this time my wife has bought second hand MX-5 in a dark metallic blue which when washed shows stone chips up. The colour match and use of touch up brushes has transformed the car, the need not to use a clear lacquer over the top makes it so easy to have a professional looking job for less than £25.00”

“Paid £35.94 for a touch up kit by mistake as I wanted an aerosol kit for a bigger patch repair. What arrived was two bottles as big as nail varnish kit.... so I contaced the number with a view to changing for the correct kit. I was polite but was refused even though online purchases are covered by law under consumer regulations, I was past from pillar to post and lots of what sounded like Polish in the background, the woman on the phone fobbed me off with "we will send a returns label" which I already knew was a load of baloney. So no......I will not be recommending them or will I use them again. Make sure you check the address as they have a number of companies all operating from the same premises!”

“I'm disappointed to say I didn't find this product great, despite it being recommend to me. It was very difficult to get the paint out (even though I followed all the instructions) and then it wasn't smooth to apply. So I've had to buy another pen elsewhere to fix it now.”

“I did expect the actual colour paint aerosol can would have an adjustable nozzle spray, rather than just the clear coat aerosol can. Quite surprised about that.”

“Excellent with clear instructions, wee wipes and rest patch, bought primer pen too, only needed that for a tiny spot, but defo helped. Pen worked great for the tiniest of scratches on its own (no primer). Colour matching was perfect too.”

“Paint match was fine but I ordered the pen so that the touch in would be more detailed. When it arrived I used it and straight away the nib lost shape that badly that I would of been better with a brush. I was told I could not have a refund because the colour matched but I would be sent some new nibs which I was ok with. In changing the nib of course you then loose paint and makes a mess. The same issue has happened with the new nib which are obviously not fit for purpose. I was only sent 2 replacement nibs also. Very poor but also my fault for not going to BMW as there is very little price difference”

“Excellent quality paint and match negated by the fact that of my three orders, two have been delivered missing items. Customer service has been very good, but there isn’t a good excuse for getting an order wrong with resulting delays in delivery.”
