“Wouldn't accept totally unused return when it turned out I had chosen the wrong colour - I didn't know how to identify the exact paint colour (which is iridescent ) to match my Giant bike. It wasn't obvious to me when ordering that no returns would be accepted, so I am about £25 down. Flies in the face of every other online retailer that has my repeat custom.”

Hello Simon! Thanks for sharing your review — we’re sorry to hear about your experience and do understand how frustrating this must have been for you. With bikes, the paint code or exact colour name does need to be provided when placing the order, as we don’t have access to manufacturer databases in the same way we do for cars. Without this info, matching an iridescent finish can be especially difficult. We also noticed the return came back to us without any prior contact. As our paints are custom-mixed to order, we're unfortunately unable to accept returns unless there's been a mistake on our end — which is noted during checkout. That said, we completely understand how this might not have been obvious at the time. We truly value your feedback, and we’ll be reviewing how we can make this clearer going forward.
