“Ordered paint but when it came the colour wasn't the same as my car .My car is pearlescent white and I was sent a flat white. I put it on the car as I thought it may dry OK but it looks worse niw”

“Unfortunately the first paint pen I ordered failed to arrive however after reaching out to the paint factory they immediately sent a replacement arriving the very next day. Excellent customer service and an excellent product”

“The colour match was perfect and although I found the pen a bit 'scratchy' (undoubtedly due to my lack of ability) I got there in the end. Really good.”

“Paint colour is a good match but found that the paint was a little thick when applying, I did follow the instructions in terms of shaking the paint well before applying.”
