“I would really like to recommend the best place where you can obtain the TEFL certificate which is The TEFL Academy. I had an opportunity to study there the Level 5 TEFL Course in the 168 amount of hours. It is a great course as well as a multimedia e-learning platform where you will get proper qualifications required to teach English worldwide. It enables you to work as English teacher and if you wish to simultaneously work and travel in different locations accessible all over the world. The course will also give you some useful advice on how to write a CV and the letter of application as well as you will receive links to current jobs available in the market. What is more the course is organized in 14 units which put emphasis on all aspects of English teaching methodology e.g. teaching listening and reading comprehension, grammar, pronunciation, writing (I mean productive and receptive skills). You will have an opportunity to get acquainted with many theories of English teaching and learning and you will find detailed information on teaching particular group of students e.g. children, youths and adults. The separate unit is also devoted to the application of the Internet and the online environment in language teaching. Different and interesting exercises will help you to pass the end of the unit tests as well as to prepare all the required assignments. You receive your marks as well as detailed description of your work prepared by qualified experts in the field of English methodology and didactics. “I have just completed my TEFL 168 hour course and I loved it. I found it challenging at some stages but I enjoyed nonetheless. The staff were incredibly helpful and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get a TEFL certification.”

“I had a very helpful tutor on the 20 hour weekend course and useful feedback for the assignments. The online tefl level 5 (168 hour) course was comprehensive and easy to follow. There are plenty of links to further information and resources. I now feel that I am fully equipped to teach English.”

“The TEFL Academy 168 hour on line course is amazing. I loved being able to study when it suited me and on the comfort of my own home. I can honestly say that I enjoyed every minute of the lessons and I finished the course on time. I loved doing the assignments. I'm so looking forward to starting my teaching career. “The 120 hour TEFL course is a great way to get your certificate for TEFL. The TEFL academy are the best company to complete this with. The face to face part of the course is an excellent way to learn and helps so much with the 100 hours part of the course! I highly recommend! Excellent experience!”

“A friend of mine said to me: “lara you should get a TEFL English certification, check the TEFL ACADEMY” And so I did! I applied for the Level 5 TEFL Cours (168 hrs), it took me few months to finish it as I’m working and don’t have much free time but I’m so happy I’ve finished it! The course is really well organised and structured and I’d recommend it. Im already working as a teacher here in Italy and this course has been a great support!”

“It was very user friendly. The modules very laid out very well and the assignments were clearly described. I failed one of my modules but passed the second time which is very helpful. Being able to study in the comfort of my own home was also a bonus and the Lecturer (during the classroom 20 hours of 120) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Anytime i emailed the staff they were very friendly also :)”

“I studied the online level 5 (168 hours) course. It was very informative and had lots of great resources for additional research which I am still using even after completing the course. I would of liked to have my assignments marked quicker (but i'm impatient). The feedback was great on the first assignment but there wasn't any for the second one and the third one was rather vague, which is a shame. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an insightful, thorough and convenient course, I would loved to have done the face to face classes but just having a baby I wasn't able to, however I feel this course gives anyone enough help to survive without it!”

“The Course material is certainly intense and covers everything you would need. However the material required is not downloadable. So as you go from one page to the next, the only way to keep a record of your notes, which you would need to be able to study and refer back to later is to copy and paste into Word. This is so outdated and does not speak to an organisation that appears to pride itself on progression. As the course does come at a premium price it astounds me that no material is provided for study purposes.”
