“I have recently completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) online and I have to say that it was not easy for me. The 6 months time period were sufficient for me although I did take my time in completing the course as I had to juggle between 2 jobs and this course. The course structure was easy to understand and all the additional resources were really helpful! The assignments were really hard and I struggled a lot trying to complete the first assignment. After I got used to doing the first one, the second and third assignments were much easier. Overall, I loved the course and I really hope to start my career in teaching soon. Thank you TEFL Academy for giving me the chance to achieve my goal!”

There is always someone available with a quick response to answer any questions you may have about assignments or anything in general. “Having completed the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hours) I must commend the TEFL Academy on a course that is presented excellently! The coursework was well laid out into 11 units dividing the study themes. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. All queries, both admin and coursework related, were answered within hours of requesting clarification. The Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hour) course presented by the TEFL Academy would certainly be recommended to all in the future.”

“The TEFL Academy Level 5 course (168 hours) This course exactly fulfilled my requirements for a flexible, supported, affordable mode of study leading to an internationally recognised TEFL qualification. Its scope is ambitious and covers the essential practical and theoretical elements for a first stage professional teaching course. The course material is detailed and clearly structured into manageable units which allows participants to assess their understanding of each topic, measure their progress and set their own pace of study. The assignments are rigorous, demanding the application of key concepts and ideas from the course and suggested resources in ‘real life’ teaching and learning contexts. I successfully completed the course in about six weeks, but I was lucky enough to have some prior knowledge and experience. I would guess that some people might need longer than this if the material was completely new to them, as there is much to assimilate. Overall this is a challenging, comprehensive and interesting course, which represents excellent value for money.”

“I have recently finished the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs). I started off with a bang and then work and life kept me busy, but I have really put in the hours the last couple of months to complete it. I really enjoyed the content although it made me realise I need to improve my grammar skills. The tests at the end of each unit really covered the work in the Unit. The last 2 assignments really helped me to get a feeling of preparing a proper lesson. The feedback from the graders was also very detailed and professional. Any mail I sent to support was answered quickly, and I was very happy with the feedback. I would really recommend The TEFL Academy.”

“When my mom advised me to enrol for the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs) I had to wonder if she was playing a practical joke on me. But no! This was the best decision ever made to enrol for this course. I never thought of teaching, but I love working with people and I love travelling...so in TEFL I can combine the two. At first, after enrolling, I wondered what I was in for and I must admit, I was in for, but let me tell you, the teachers at The TEFL-Academy is the best! They have very patiently helped and guided me and was always availanble with advice. This course is worth every penny! Thank you!”

“I just completed the Level 5 (168 hour) course. I felt that the material was very structured with enough repetition for the key points to be highlighted while getting lots of practice! I really enjoyed the integration of activities throughout the lessons as they made them a lot more interesting and provided a chance to practice what had been recently learned before the end of unit test.”

“I studied the Level 5 TEFL Course (168 hrs). I thought it was very interesting and informative and gives you an insight into the skills required for teaching groups of monolingual and multilingual students of various ages from children to adults. I particularly thought the resources were great and a useful source of information to use for lessons. The course exceeded my expectations and I would recommend the course if you are planning on teaching English has a foreign language.”

Though I'm not contemplating taking up a teaching position right away, I am confident and fully equipped to tutor anywhere in the world. TEFL has empowered me like no other similar program could ever hope to do. Even qualified English teachers can benefit from the course. “I have completed the level 5 TEFL (168 hours). I enjoyed the course commencing with the classroom TEFL course (20 hours). The assignments take a little longer than indicated, but are extremely helpful in understanding the full course detail. However extra reading is definitely required. The assistance I received from the administration departments was very efficient and helpful. Kind regards John Douglas Denyssen”
