“Hello! I have entered the TEFL academy because I wanted to repeat all that I know and to learn something new. I realized there is much I have forgotten, and those were some of the basic stuff, haha! And then I got even more interested and challenged to put everything into order and allow this beautiful course to teach me all. I have studied, it was not so easy, I have had nervous moments before tests, I was jumping for joy when I passed each test, each level. It is a unique experience which I did not expect to get from an online course! Thank you!”

“The TEFL course was the first course that I have completed online and I was not sure what should I expect. I needed the certificate due to a job requirement and needed it quite urgently. All materials were clearly labeled and full of information. What I liked the most is that each exercise and more complex thesis were provided with clear examples. I would recommend this to anyone willing to take the TEFL course.”

“TEFL 120 hour online course plus 2 day classes. I found this course to be interesting and very useful. As a native English speaker, the first thing I was surprised at was how difficult I found the grammar rules. As I'm sure British educated people that have done this course will find, we are not expressly taught the rules of language so much as pick them up as we go. The course was very good at introducing these terms and rules to me in a clear and precise manner. Aside from that, the rest of the course I was very pleased with. The order it is presented in is logical and the information provided relevant and useful. I would recommend however completing the online course if possible before the class aspect. While the class interaction was good, I feel it would be better to have that experience as a springboard to going out and finding a job immediately after, instead of then working your way through the course and some of that knowledge fading. All in all a great experience though. And if I can manage a distinction, I would say it is achievable by anyone willing to put in the time and effort. Also, thanks to the support network that answered my (sometimes stupid or redundant) questions quickly and completely. They and my end of course markers were of great help and should be used when needed by any students who have questions they are struggling with.”

“I spent a lot of time looking at the courses available with different providers and I am glad I chose the TEFL one. The classroom sessions were a really helpful preparation for the online course and the instructor gave us many good tips and links to resources. I didn't do the online course immediately, but when I did everything I had learnt in the classroom sessions came back, which is all credit to the instructor. Although you are on your own doing each online module, the feedback was a great help and boost. The fact that it required a significant amount of research will I am sure keep me in good stead for my future in teaching career. I would certainly recommend the TEFL course.”

“I enjoyed my tefl course. It was recommended to me by a friend who is currently teaching in Dubai. The course was quite easy and fast to work through. The assessment could be made harder, and shorter as theres is a slight bit of repetition. The feedback from the assignments was great! Very fast and friendly. Gave me the information I required. Havent looked into any of the Jobs yet, but there is a lot of resources for when you complete your course. I enjoyed it mainly because I could access it in my free time and was not required to attend a classroom.”

“I wanted to be able to approach teaching English as a foreign language in an effective, fun and professional way and this course enabled me to do this. “The 20 classroom hours were intense but enjoyable. Our teacher demonstrated by example as how to be a great teacher and provide great lesson. The online materials covered the core principles but you are encouraged to research further, and I would highly recommend doing so. The grammar module ( module 7) held a lot of information so I studied the grammar while working on the coursework for modules 8 and 9. This way I wasn't waiting too long to submit the course work as you can only submit coursework sequentially. Feedback on the coursework was always received in 3 days, sometimes as soon as 1 day. I also found the customer service to be extremely efficient, providing answers any non-academic queries .”
