“It was no bother when I had made an order and told I needed two not one wheel. The staff assisted so I only had to pay one load of postage by cancelling original order. Prior to that they advised on the product. I spoke to 3 people all in all and they were all helpful.”

“I take back my original review about having not received my parcel, the courier had taken to post office as no one in to receive it. It came very well packed and protected and was exactly what i had wished for.”

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have looked into this and see that your order was placed and shipped on Friday 2nd June on a next working day service. UPS attempted to deliver this on-time on Monday 5th June, however, no one was available to receive the parcel. To avoid further delays, we can see that UPS left a card to inform you that they had delivered your parcel to one of their Access Point locations less than 0.2 miles away for collection at your convenience. We can see that this was collected on Tuesday 6th and hope that everything is now OK. We have checked and can see that your order was dispatched on schedule with delivery attempted on the next working day but no one was in. The tracking information shows that the courier carded you to let you know that they had taken your parcel to your local UPS Access point and we are sorry if you have not received this information.
