“Ordered a filter but then found out it was out of stock and would be 2-3 weeks, needed it before then so asked for a refund which was sorted out straight away and received. Good customer care. Thanks pipercross”

“As much as their products are good, their site and sales department are simply scammers... DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR LIVE ENGLISH SITE! Following order cancellation, I was asked to return the product which was done and whose return was confirmed by the carrier. I was then told that they never received the return, that it had to be destroyed and that I cannot be reimbursed. So they are liars and crooks... I obviously have all the email exchanges with their services as with the carrier (DHL). I can only advise you to avoid!!”
