“Although they sent the wrong part at first I blame the online order form for the mistake ,it doesn't allow to choose the correct part even after filling in the details of the car.But still an excellent Service .I rang them and it was corrected and delivered next day and wrong part uplifted at the same time by DPD.The filter is a massive improvement over standard item,would recommend .”

“Appalling Communication. I have sent numerous emails to two of their email addresses and still no reply. I have also had a live chat, with no positive outcome. I wanted to clarify a specific product in my order but no correspondence. I'm not even sure if they have got my order and I have certainly no information on delivery. I have been buying items on the internet for over 15 years now, and this is probably the worst buying experience I've had. I don't have anything good to say about this company. There has been no reply to my email and live chat.”

“I purchased a Panel Filter Cleaning Kit online and being from Northern Ireland I can honestly say that the Kit arrived within 3 days which is very quick indeed. From ordering online to receiving the Kit was very easy and I will be using the Pipercross Shop again.”

“I do not recommend because they send the fake piece not as in the photo and when it is returned as agreed too them they do not give me the money back. And now they don't answer to mail. Very disapointed.”
