Thank you Eileen Just by way of an update we are also implementing the instant withdrawal facility so money should be back to your card / account withing 30 mins in most cases. We are just finishing off the testing to make sure it all works properly and It will be live before the end of the month. there is also auto processing of withdrawals on our site so as to speed up the process for our customers.
