“Very happy with how things turned out. I purchased the property I sold through Norfolk agents a few years ago, so was sensible to let them sell again. We didn't list our house until we found a property we wanted. After a few weeks the property we wanted sold and we took our property off the market. A few months went by and another house come on the market we wanted so we picked up where we left off. A visit the same day to take some new photo's and we sold within 2 weeks. I Would recommend using The Norfolk Agents”

“Staff were very courteous and helpful. We were looking to purchase from one of their sellers. It was easy to arrange an escorted visit, the person showing us around was on time and very helpful but not pushy.”

“We changed agents to the Norfolk Agents and they re marketed and had it sold within a couple of weeks, saved us about £10k in comparison to other agents fees! Importantly, they were friendly and efficient throughout and always did what they said they would when they said they would! Would recommend to anyone.”

“I took a chance on the Norfolk Agents not knowing much about them but I was very pleased I did. They were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. “Ross and the North Norfolk agents team were absolutely amazing. We had to move house and business within a very small timeframe, so it was a more complicated process than usual. Ross helped to smooth everything over with endless patience and calm. He had excellent recommendations for solicitors and mortgage advisors. We really loved the personal approach and definitely didn’t feel like were getting the usual vulture-like estate agent treatment that we had come to expect. We now recommend the North Norfolk agents to everyone we meet. Thanks guys!”

“The Norfolk Agents were very proactive in helping not only sell but progress my Mothers property through to Completion. A hiccup on the original sale but relisted & a new buyer in place within a few days followed by the subsequent sale. Emma was very helpful in progressing the sale and keeping us informed all the way through, and all for much less money than the traditional estate agent fee!!”

“Overall we found The Norfolk Agents brilliant. Communication was great every viewing confirmed with emails and followed up with feedback. At the end of the process they were there to issue advice and assistance. We cant praise them enough and would most definitely use them again in the future. And best of all the price is fantastic. “Without hesitation, I would recommend that anyone should use The Norfolk Agents to buy or sell a property. Having just sold a property, I was impressed by the number of viewings that were arranged and also delighted with the selling price that was achieved. We were regularly given updates on how the sale was progressing, finding the team to be professional, thoughtful and helpful throughtout the whole process. “We contacted many agents in Norfolk and found that many didn’t even respond to our email. The Norfolk Agents responded quickly with a good selection of properties for us to view and we’re happy to show us out of hours. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them to sell our home in the future.
