“The whole process from the beginning when Shaye first came to discuss the sale, right through to the end, was handled professionally. With Lucy's added professional guidance and encouragement, to get over a few hurdles on the way, the sale was concluded very satisfactorily. I am happy to recommend The Norfolk Agents.”

“If I could give 0, I would give 0, but I would not be able to leave a review. I have no words to express my utter disgust at this unprofessional,incompetent bunch of timewasters.Several days ago I made an appointment to view the 402 flat at The Malt, King St.,having made it clear I was coming from London and to make sure I would be on time I booked a hotel. So there I was half an hour early ready to view the flat.But the agent had no key. Apparently the lock on the flat was changed. These are agents who let and manage the property, who arrange to have the lock changed and these incompetents cannot even ensure they have the new key to show the flat to the client who comes all the way from London. I am utterly disgusted.”

“I would highly recommend the Norfolk Agents, who gave a very professional service with a personal touch. Michelle & Oliver both offered excellent service going above & beyond what was required. Mortgage advice was also offered by Mara Henderson who gave top class service organising the Mortgage, & explaining things thoroughly & simply. I would rate them all 10/10.”

“Avoid this estate agents if you fall in love with a house they have for sale We were in the best position having sold our house in April cash buyers too they didn’t even bother to take our solicitors details or ring up our estate agents we put in a higher offer and felt they went with another offer which was lower and they were biast for some reason Unless that buyer had cash in the bank we cannot see how our offer was rejected complete farce and feel we were unfairly treated Just a word of warning to anyone who is looking for a house in Norfolk you might wanna avoid these , equally if you are selling they may lose you a genuine good sale !!! Not impressed and never experienced anything like it”

“I can highly recommend the Norfolk Agents. I have just sold my house and purchased a bungalow, through the Norfolk Agents. Shaye dealt with both my sale and my purchase. From start to finish of the process, Shaye kept me updated regularly. She also did everything possible to make the sale and purchase go smoothly ,and was very supportive on both. Shaye even went the extra mile and came personally,with a welcome pack and new home card, on the day of my move. Which I really appreciated. When I move in the future ,I will definitely use the Norfolk Agents again.”

“Would like to give six stars! ****** Laura has given our house rental process 110% and the team at The Norfolk Agent have been working really hard to find the right tenants for the property. At all times they are uptodate and knowledgeable, they kept momentum with interested tenants, and excellent communications with us as landlords. It's been very clear that behind the scenes The Norfolk Agent keeps up with the latest patterns, prices, markets etc and has advised us accordingly with factual information to back up their knowledge. If only we had started with them earlier (initially began the search for tenants with another well known agency who were not on the ball...). Laura has made the whole process very easy for us and quite frankly we don't think they charge enough for all that they do! Would highly recommend and definitely use again without hesitation.”

“If you are selling a property I would highly recommend The Norfolk Agents. From when Ross came to give us a valuation, to the Sale completion they were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. Communication was first class and nothing too much trouble and at no time did we feel pressurised or hurried to make important decisions. It was an excellent service and very good value”

“The team at The Norfolk Agents were always helpful throughout our purchase. I met Daniel at the property very soon after booking a viewing. He was knowledgable about the area, and, crucially, the property. We put in an offer that morning and, with his help liaising, had it accepted within the hour. The process became a little more complicated than we expected, but his colleagues always seem to be doing their best to give us the best update they could. They were also flexible and helpful when it came to our finally getting the key and seeing the house we'd just bought. Decent people, doing their best for both sides. Which is rarer than it sounds.”
