“Fast delivery, good range of products and love the information they give about nappies, I'm always using the absorbency details to help me decide. Customer Service is great, I had a nappy break unfortunately and they were quick to replace it with no problems.”

“I really love using the Nappy Gurus website for all my cloth nappy and eco needs. They have a really great range of products and their most recent new range (the potty training gear) is something I’ll definitely be looking at in the future. I think the people who work there are really helpful and their questionnaire and gurus have helped me enormously with my initial research and my ongoing issues or queries. I think their advice and continued support alone is why I’d continue to buy from their website, never mind how much I like the products! Also I love the little chocolate that comes in some of the deliveries- a little treat for me while I’m buying for my baby!”

“Helpful and great advice. Between taking the quiz online and their Facebook group the advice I've received has been honest, really helpful and tailored to individual needs and issues. “I love the nappy gurus! They give fantastic advice about cloth nappies without any obligation to spend, and they take into account your budget as well. They’re always so helpful and kind, fantastic customer service! I also believe they only sell products they believe in. Our go-to for nappies and accessories! So glad I discovered them with my first baby, back for more with number 2!”

“my go to website for all things cloth nappy related and/or eco friendly items. iv placed 12 orders since march 2021 and don't plan to stop anytime soon. I requested a nappy guru to advise me on the best cloth nappies for my situation and recieved a fantastically detailed email with all of their top recommendations for my individual situation. orders are always shipped out extremely quickly and Iif I ever forget something before it's been dispatched, they're always happy to help me if possible by adding it in ect. The community Facebook is also fantastic and makes you feel so included, you manage to genuinely make a bond with the gurus and it's like a little family. would highly recommend the nappy gurus for all your sustainability needs, you won't be disappointed!”

“Found out through the 'Real Nappies for London' scheme and the products here are great. Loved the trial option with 5 different types. My babies are one and the nappies work well. Have already recommended for friends.”
