“From start to finish, The Money Hub were great in finding me finance for a somewhat complex purchase. Sonia and Gary are great, attentive and get things sorted quickly and efficiently. They work great as a team and always are available when you need them and get back to you immediately when required. All in all, this has been a pleasant transaction and thanks to both Sonia and Gary, I didn’t lose a property I wanted. I would definitely recommend The Money Hub and both Sonia and Gary make things easy and transparent and will definitely use them again for my next purchase! Great work guys!”

“I have been dealing with Gary from the money hub for a few weeks now in regards to bridging options. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very forthcoming about everything which is very handy when you're like me and have no knowledge of bridging options at all. It comes without saying that I would highly recommend anyone who is looking at bridging finance to contact Gary as you will not be disappointed!”

“I cannot thank Gary Simmons enough. I had quite a complicated situation to work out and he has helped me every step of the way to get to the final result I wanted. Everything was explained in detail and I was kept informed every step of the way of what was happening with my case. Gary was always at the end of a phone whenever I needed him and managed to calm me through some panic’s along the way! Thank you again for everything”

“Ivan Cox is the best from start to finish he kept me informed and whenever I wasn't sure of something he was at the end of the phone line and if for any reason I didn't get him he would call straight back I will always stay with The Money Hub, only wish I knew about them when I first took out my first mortgage.. 💯Keep up the excellent work Ivan and Team xx”

“Absolute fantastic and faultless from start to finish. Ivan went above and beyond to assist us with sourcing our mortgage, we were in a difficult position with credit issues and Ivan and the Money Hub made the impossible possible and we cant thank him and the Money Hub enough. Ivan was extremely contactable throughout the whole process and was always on hand to help and assist, if any issues arose Ivan quickly dealt with them and resolved immediately and explained the whole process clearly with appreciation to the fact that, as first time buyers we may not understand all the jargon and technicalities. We are now all set for us to move in on 31st July and this is largely down to Ivan's efforts! Thank you”

“Gary Simmons from Money Hub in simple words knows exactly what his talking about to get you the product you need. He is efficient, answers the phone quickly and calls you back if he is busy without fail. He has helped me through the process of finding a mortgage, applications, and guided me through the whole process through to completion. “I approached Gary Simmons for a loan of between 25-45k and he was very honest advising me that there is a more cost effective way of obtaining the loan. This was very refreshing as most other lenders would have exploited my ignorance to get their commission so I can thoroughly recommend Gary to get the best advice possible when it comes to loans.”

“The measure of good people is how they respond to cases that turn out to be a bit more complex and difficult than anyone expected, and that's how Gary and, later in the cycle, Sonia, have come to impress. We came across setbacks that would have persuaded many less helpful people to give up, but they have stuck at it and after a lot of effort we now have what we wanted, with their help.
