“I would like to thank Gary Simmons and the money hub for putting together what I thought would be an impossible package. By way of a remortgage due to my age and certain other financial problems. Gary sourced a company willing to provide the ideal package i.e. short-term mortgage interest only and low interest. Gary and the money hub kept me updated on a regular basis and reassured me throughout when certain problems arose and dealt with them them quickly and efficiently. Thanks to Sonia for underwriting the deal, I would highly recommend the money hub and their team. A very satisfied customer. Stephen Longshank”

“The advisor that had been allocated to try and get the mortgage that I required to secure my home was absolutely brilliant. Ivan explained everything to me in steps, as I have never had to get a mortgage on my own before there for didn't know what I had to do. Ivan got me a mortgage with one company who pulled out a week before completion, this caused me great distress I felt that I would definitely loose my home. Again Ivan reassured me that he had another mortgage company set up as a back up who have already agreed to the mortgage. I now feel so happy and stress free and this is all down to a wonderful company that took away all the stress away from me by doing all the leg work to find me a mortgage when I thought it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage. Words can not express how grateful I am to the company and Ivan who was always on the other end of the phone no matter what my questions was always reassuring that it would all work out.”

“Very pleased. After being turned down by other lenders, Matt ran through my options and was able to find the most cost effect way to achieve my goals. He worked tirelessly to find the right product and he market knowledge is second to none. Sonia was then exceptional in making sure the process was a seamless as possible, taking the time to explain the steps and was always there to help with any issues. Top customer service hassle free and obviously experts within the industry. Both Matt and Sonia have been excellent throughout the whole processes and I highly recommend the Money Hub.”

“We were very happy with the service we received from The Money Hub. Having a bad credit rating, we thought it would be impossible to get a remortgage, however The Money Hub got us a deal which has saved us hundreds each month. The service was very personal, you speak to the same people who are friendly and knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. We were also given free advice on debt management. I would highly recommend.”

“Exceptional, Professional, Courteous, Patient in fact words don’t do our broker justice. Ivan went above & beyond and far exceeded our expectations. We had a very complex situation; no other company could help as it was in the “too difficult box”. From the very first call in April 2018 to contract completion in December 2018, Ivan & The Money Hub team persevered and delivered in every way possible. The lengthy process was solely down to us, however they saw it through and we cannot express our gratitude enough. I cannot recommend The Money Hub highly enough, and if ever asked it would go without saying, they are outstanding!”

“Ben Davies helped us with a remortgage and it was genuinely the best customer service we've received, from any business, ever. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he always did as he said and got back to us quickly, and he took the stress out of what could have been a horrible process. I can't speak highly enough of Ben. We were absolutely delighted with the outcome he achieved for us, and we're very grateful.”
