“Calhan was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance in what to do next and what paperwork to gather and Calhan was extremely patient and helpful throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much and he was always on hand when we were looking for advice. 10/10.”

“I had requirements at short notice and they delivered. They also made it super easy for me with regards to administration and understood my needs very quickly. Other bridging lenders I've dealt with have been more impatient and less client focused. Would definitely recommend them to others, and in particular Gary has made dealing with the money hub, dare I say it, enjoyable..? (not common for finance brokers).”

“We dealt with Matthew Wiseman, he was very informative and did everything he could do to help us. We are very grateful for all the help him and the team provided to get us get a mortgage for a bigger family home that we have longed for, for so long. The whole team was very pleasant and helpful. we cant thank all the staff at The Money Hub enough! Fantastic company to deal with.”

“I don’t know how to thank this person called Gary, he is a star, he is a very hard working person who knows how to satisfy his client, with out him I wouldn’t be able to purchase this type of property, his working style is that as if he’s buying the property and not the client, he treats his clients as his own, even this review is too little for him, I would say go to him and see what I mean. With out this person I wouldn’t have owned a property.”

“After being messed about with the mortgage works. I was put in contact with Gary Simmons and I love his work efficiently and ethic. He warned me from the start that he would be full on to get it throw but I must be willing to push and work hard to. We did and pull this off in a matter of day and I’m able to move to our new home and couldn’t be happier. Will be in contact with Gary soon to drum up some more business and hopefully flip a few house many thank mike and Lyndsey”

“Having spent years maintaining payments on all accounts we fell into some financial hardship. A high street lender offered a remortgage in principle - this was then rejected due to it being 'non affordable' This decision made things very difficult. Affordable? WE would have reduced out outgoing £600. we then turned to THM - they were able to find and secure a lender who could see past this and, even with the unexpected outcome of Brexit! have completed. We are now in a position to save money. Matt and Sonia have both been great - The amount of work and effort with me on the phone and behind the scenes has been amazing.”
