“From the beginning of our mortgage process Calhan and Sonia have been great. Calhan answered any questions we had and listened to our concerns. If he wasn't available, as soon as he is he would make sure that your call is returned. He also gave us great advice regarding all of our options. This was our first mortgage and the whole process was made a lot easier due to Calhan assistance and support. Sonia was also extremely helpful and informative. She managed to get a lower offer than the one we were originally quoted, even though our credit wasn't the best. They have both made our experience a pleasure ensuring we were happy every step of the way. The level of customer care was exceptional. Thank you both for your continious assistance and commitment during the whole process.”

“The staff are friendly and approachable and make the whole process smooth. They are so nice to deal with and really know their products. Sonia is great with the paperwork and sorting each stage out, keeping in contact with me each step of the way. Gary is v friendly and professional at the same time”

“Alfie dowers was my personal advisor, his service was excellent he kept me updated on the progress from start to finish via email or phone. “Very efficient service, Connor took details of my case and I spoke to Ian , mortgage advisor that day and he was very helpful ,efficient and pleasant . “Having come out of an IVA 2 and a half years, we didn’t think we’d have good credit yet but after following the advice from Ben, he was able to get us a remortgage at a brilliant rate so we’re able to extend our property. Ben was really patient throughout the whole process and answered all our queries promptly, excellent service, very happy customers. Thank you Ben!”

“I would like to say a massive thank you to both Ben & Sonia who have gone above and beyond to help secure my mortgage offer. Even persevering with my daily communication to them both they consistently provided me with updates and kept me informed along the way. My case was complex and i had previously worked with another broker who had been unable to help but the Money hub went that extra mile and found me the right lender from the offset which is testament to their knowledge and service.
