“John has been an absolute hero. He is kind, patient, and genuinely listens. He took the time to understand my situation before helping me find achievable solutions to the obstacles I faced, and managed to navigate occasional moments of “slight overthinking” with real advice that was reassuring and actually helpful. In a nutshell, he made what felt overwhelming feel manageable, and was professional yet supportive throughout. John is total star, and I’ve already told him I’ll be seeking his help and expertise again in the not-too-distant future. Thank you so, so much!”

“Gary is first of all an amazing human, very dedicated to his work and worth every penny, I normally do not pay to my mortgage/financial advisors as they get their money through commission from banks, but on this occasion I chose Gary through recommendation and I must admit the amount of effort he put through to get my mortgage through by getting all the parties together was exceptional. Will certainly be using him again! Thank you Gary!!!”

“I am not one for writing reviews generally however I feel it only right on this occasion to do so. I recently contacted Matt for help with a delicate and time sensitive situation. He offered excellent advice and used his expert knowledge to assist me in my dilemma. His work did not produce any business for him this time round as my requirement changed. Nevertheless I can only thank him, praise his efforts and assure everyone I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be sure to contact him with my future requirements and hope anyone reading this does too.”

“Gary Simmons has been absolutely incredible throughout my process which was extremely complex he’s dealt with my many meltdowns called me out of office hours to help me with paperwork and emails as I am useless when it comes to technology I couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor I definetly wouldn’t have been able to purchase my commercial property without him I am forever grateful for all his help”

“Matt took the time to listen to my situation, consider what services would be most appropriate to meet my needs and then took the next steps with regards to putting me in touch with the right people. He followed up on numerous occasions to see in which ways he could help if required. Despite me eventually not taking a financial product due to other circumstances, he remained courteous and involved. I was grateful for his expertise, time and input.”

“Sonia and Matt provided clear advice and a solid service throughout the process. We had evolving requirements from the lender, especially just before completion, which Sonia kept across throughout and checked in across all phases. They set up a WhatsApp chat and it was a great way to progress the application, deal with paperwork and understand more. Would recommend to others for an efficient and hassle free process. Online portal was a lot less clunky than ones I’ve used for other businesses before and got things moving quickly.”

“I recently approached Matt at The Money Hub regarding a bridging loan in what was a fairly time-sensitive property situation. Bridging finance was completely new territory for me and, if I’m honest, not something I would have considered lightly. However, given our circumstances, it became a necessary option. Matt took the time to clearly explain how it works, the costs involved, the risks, and the structure — which gave me real confidence and reassurance in what initially felt like a daunting step. The turnaround from initial enquiry to receiving a quote and agreement in principle was impressively quick. When we needed to make a small amendment to the figures, Matt handled it promptly and efficiently without any fuss. He was always available to answer questions, and his assistant Sonia was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout. Although our property purchase ultimately didn’t proceed, the service we received was professional, efficient and genuinely supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt and The Money Hub to anyone considering bridging finance.”

“Matt was able to find a nice low interest rate for a Bridging Loan to buy my house. Although the process with the lender was complicated, Sonia was there all the way through. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I would recommend the Money Hub if you are considering Bridging Finance.”
