“As always, excellent service from the Mobility Aids Centre. John was extremely helpful and updated me regularly either by phone or email. This is Alex’s fourth Convaid Cruiser and each time I have ordered one, the process couldn’t have been smoother.”

“Great service, I spoke to a staff member who was very helpful, polite and courteous i received my order in a few days, this was expected, the delivery driver polite and friendly and offered to assist me, a very good service would use again”

“Like many people I didn't know where to purchase mobility equipment so I looked on the internet. I found the Mobility Aids Centre and having read some of the reviews I decided to buy from them. They exceeded my expectations. The staff I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable and the items I ordered arrived on time and were exactly as described. I will use them again for any other mobility items I need. I have no reservation in recommending them to my friends and family.”

“The woman could not be more helpful! She was honest and open about my mum’s need for a manual wheelchair and did not try to upsell anything. Told me about the vat free option of buying as mum has a long term disability, so she saved us about £50 in the end! Very pleased with the service.”

“Very helpful lady explaining which travel wheelchair was the best for my needs. Arrived well packaged and quite easy to put together. If there was a small criticism it would be that the spanner included was an ordinary ‘machine pressed spanner’ and did not fit over the heads so therefore rendered unusable.”

“Wonderful product that has made my life so much easier. Our bathroom is downstairs and it has become very difficult to descend during the night due to mobility issues. The chair blends beautifully in my bedroom and doesn't look like a medical aid at all. Thank you.”
