“I went to the Medical for help with low back pain. From start to finish I couldn't have asked for anything more. From the friendly and helpful receptionist to the chiropractor, Owen Patten my experience has been excellent. Owen did an amazing job helping me with my lower back pain. He took the time to listen to me and gave me the best treatment and exercises to do at home which has made a world of difference to my life. I would highly recommend Owen to anyone with lower back pain.”

“Video exercises were very thorough...and very variable, as some were very easy whilst others very tiring. In the "Single Leg Flexion", I found it useful to hold the free leg (bent at the knee) also vertical.....as it would show me that my other leg (with band) was not yet vertical......as I found a vertical position was "reasonable". (Babies can suck their toes....and obviously youthful physios can get their ankles closer to their hips than (some of) their elderly patients).”
