“So pleased with my initial consultation, physio, diagnosis and subsequent Hyaluronic Acid OSTENIL injections. I kept meaning to phone to tell you that following my THIRD injection I am currently PAIN FREE !!! I will return in about six months for a course of top up injections to maintain my mobility.”

“I have found treatment effective. It’s taking me a long time to get better but the improvement is marked after each visit. I’ve seen 3 different practitioners who have lovely ways of explaining g things to you. My favourite is Chloe. Thank you ALL”

“My physiotherapy with Robert McDonagh (initial hour plus six 30’ sessions) was excellent. Asked what I wanted, I joked to straighten my kyphotic back (from spinal osteoporosis, now 88); he said we can try and stop it getting worse, wise advice! He gave me exercises for thoracic and lumbar back, knee (injured in hill walking) and general body fitness and balance; also back massage, which was very relaxing.”

“I was in alot of pain with my shoulder and tried to see a doctor but the waiting was over 2 months to see a physio, but looking on line I found The Medical I was put at ease immediately and Daniel has been so helpful getting me back on track, with manipulation and expertise advice and exercise. I would recommend The Medical to anyone needing help. Excellent- thank you so much”

“Lovely welcome from the reception staff at the centre in Cheltenham. They were polite and attentive. Bright airy surroundings give a feeling of professionalism and security. My practitioner was knowledgeable and very good at listening to my issue. She was gentle and explained every part of the consultation and treatment.”

“I had telephone consultation with Sam initially, due to Covid. This was better than nothing, but had considerable drawbacks and limitations. limitations. I have found the hands-on physio I am now receiving much more beneficial. This is progressively addressing my back problem.”
