“Awesome service. My Saab keys stopped being recognised by the car, which rendered it undrivable. As a Saab owner you only get 1 set of keys. Therefore my car was stuck on my drive for over 2 weeks whilst I tried to figure out what to do. After two weeks I found the Master Locksmith service after searching through eBay. I was hesitant to send my keys off, but after reading positive reviews on Google, eBay, Facebook and their own website I dropped them a message. They responded quickly and positively, and I paid for the service online and shipped the key, fingers crossed. They received, repaired and upgraded the key the next business day, and put it back in the post same day. I got my keys back the following day, and they worked! Without these guys I'd most likely be scrapping my car right now, instead I'm driving again, which is a huge relief. Thanks again for you brilliant service.”

“Totally recommended, I got a quote from you guys for a new replacement key and keyfob for my BMW 316i 1999 E46 even after showing you a picture of my knackered key/fob, you told me no problem, so I sent it to you and the same day it was receieved it was on it's way back, about a two day turn around I would say, which was impressive enough, the price was fantasticly good and the fact that when I got my new key, it worked first time, no problem at all, I would totally recommend you guys, a very happy, impressed satisfied customer. “To be honest, I wasn't sure of 2 things....... Firstly my Transit van key wasn't working at all and looked unfixable to me, as a previous owner had thrown it into a fire with a load of rubbish. Secondly I'm in Scotland so I didn't expect the 2 day turnaround that everyone down south was raving about. Really pleased that the key was returned in 2 days in perfect working order! “I sent my BMW e92 key that had been through the washing machine for repair. As soon as it arrived they checked it out and unfortunately it was badley corroded. It had been through the washer twice before so it came as no suprise that it was irreparable. So why the five star review. The company was very efficient, I received a phone call to explain the situation the day after I posted it. I received my key in the post the following day with a letter of explanation. I also received a FULL REFUND along with the key. I is a plesure to do business with such a honest and efficient company in this day and age.”
