“Your service was better than very good - it was excellent. Given that the world is awash with ultra cheap electronic devices I have never understood why modern vehicle keys are so expensive to repair/replace. Thank you for repairing what had become a dud key for about 10% of what my local Land Rover dealer would have charged to replace it, because - "No Sir, the keys are sealed units and cannot be repaired, only replaced".”
