“The fantastic showroom and staff at Bramcote resulted in us buying a fire we had not seen elsewhere. The staff really care about what we were looking for not the sale itself. The service at the showroom and by the fitters was excellent, very professional and yet friendly. The result was a lovely fire we couldn't get elsewhere fitted when it suited us and it looks fantastic. Thank you I would definitely recommend This company to anyone.”

“We visited the showroom and were immediately impressed by the range of fires available. The staff were fantastic, listened to what we were looking for and gave us a range of options including a range of fires we hadn't previously seen. We choose a fire, the fitter came and checked it would fit at a time to suit us. The fitting was also carried out at a time to suit us by an experienced and professional team. They protected our flooring and cleaned up after they finished. The lovely fire that we wanted and meets our needs from a great company that puts the customer needs at the heart of all they do.”

“Just visited the new Fireplace Studio at Bramcote, I have to say it was amazing! The fireplaces where stunning and they had such a fabulous selection. The staff where very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a spectacular fireplace to have in their home for years to come. :) !!”

“Recently had a fire fitted and could not be more pleased! The fitter was very polite and friendly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself- it was cleaner than before he arrived! Would definitely recommend gas world to family and friends, thanks again!”

“Extremely helpful staff who seem more than happy to assist with a great depth of knowledge in their large variety of products. I felt that they wanted their customers to make an informed choice rather than a quick sale. The studio is very stylish and the décor is inviting. With a large array of fires and fireplaces and the added bonus of free parking.”

“I called in at the Fireplace Studio the other day and noticed the improvements made outside the showroom. I was impressed by the display of fireplaces they have on show. If you are searching for a new fireplace, gas or electric fire I suggest you look no further than the Fireplace Studio. “Went to the Ilkeston Store, Michelle in there is excellent very knowledgeable and helpful, we are really happy with the installation of a lovely fire, can highly recommended, and a big thank you to Michelle who helped us make a good choice, so often you go in shops and they don't have a clue about the products the sell, so well done to Michelle from L Moorhouse”

“Visited the showroom recently and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a very spacious and well-arranged display area with many beautiful fireplaces. There is also a good range of different forms of heating. Most impressed.”

“The experience of visiting the new Gasworld Studio at Bramcote was fantastic in every way. The attention to detail regarding displays was articulate. The choice of fireplace designs was outstanding. The staff are very friendly and approachable. All questions were answered and nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive. A visit is thoroughly recommended.”

“The new showroom in Bramcote is very eye-catching from the outside and I was not disappointed upon entering. The decor looks stylish and shows off the fires to great advantage. Having gone in there not knowing what I really wanted, I found the staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would certainly recommend a visit.”
