.The Fireplace Studio at Bramcote was impressive - very stylish. .The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. .The engineers arrived promptly. They were hard working, reliable and conscientious. They removed the existing fireplaces with great care so not to cause damage and made a first class job of fitting the new ones. .The electrician went the `extra mile` - no wires were visible in the room when the job was complete. .We were delighted with the experience from start to finish and are 100% happy with our beautiful new fireplaces and fires. .We highly recommend.
