“Never having looked for a fireplace before, it can seem quite daunting with all the different options available and the different power output's, Would I pick one with too low a Kw rating and how it therefore not do it's job. We visited their showroom and were greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who sought to understand our needs and give us guidance as to the options that suited our budget. They were patient and answered what must have seemed to be silly questions but...they mattered to us. They arranged for delivery and installation, with everything going smoothly and the engineer left the place spotless. We now have a Fire and Fireplace that exactly matched our requirements in terms of heating and looks good too. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends.”

“Only recently noticed the new showroom in Bramcote. As we have been thinking of updating our fire we went to have a look & were impressed by the excellent quality displays, showing many different styles of fires now available. A very pleasant showroom. The staff could not have been more knowledgeable & helpful & as an extra bonus easy parking & you don't need to go into Nottingham.”

“Noticed this new showroom had just opened and called in to have a look. The showroom looks fantastic and the fires on offer give a huge variety of options we are definitely going to go back in when we have decided on our choice. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for these products.”

“after visiting a few shops around nottingham i am very pleased with my new fire and surround this shop had to offer.the engineer was professional fast and tidy on instalation.shop staff were polite and new the spec of all fires i enquired about.10/10 recommended”
