“The socks themselves are great but the cost of the postage is over the top....it says next day delivery but it wasn't!! Cheaper postage at ordinary delivery would suffice but because it was Christmas was prepared to pay the expensive delivery cost!!”

“The order was delivered promptly and all was as per my order. However I was very uncomfortable with my credit card numbers being so exposed as most companies only show the last four digits. I would think twice of reordering just on that basis alone, pity as I really would like to promote/buy from smaller companies and businesses.”

“Ordered a snood in teal for a present. Had an email to say it wasn’t available and to choose another colour. Email was prompt, apologetic and delivery was straightaway. Very pleased. It might be a Covid glitch, but maybe check the website availability against the actual stock? Other than that, excellent experience and I will use again x”

“The quality of the scarf I purchased was really good, nice packed and speedily despatched. Unfortunately, the actual colours were not as vibrant as shown on Internet, so I had to return. However, I will definitely shop with them again.”

“I purchase two separate orders from Alpaca, both for Christmas gifts for family - I have purchased a birthday gift for my daughter back in October. My only comment/suggestion so far is that it would have been helpful to have the option of gift wrapping with gift message. As it is I have had to advise my children (grown ups) to expect a parcel delivery and that there is no gift wrap or message, but to keep it under the Christmas tree until Christmas. I don't know anything more about the quality/fit of the items until I hear from the recipients. Hopefully they will be good comments. thank you. Marion Manson-Morley.”

“Very satisfied with the children’s tops. However, the two boxes I ordered, thinking they were big enough for the tops, turned out to be big enough for something like socks. I would have ordered three but only two were available thank goodness. I now have to find something to put in them fir my grand daughters. The image on line is misleading.”

“Great products. Love the style and feeling of alpaca wool. Just felt the £15 delivery to n ireland was expensive for a pair of socks and small gift. Otherwise would be 5 star.”
