“Hello Thsnk you for your email. The customer service chap was great. My only worry is with the Baritone Uke bag I bought from you is that the piping seemed to point out the way pressure on the zip which kept bursting, the replacement has a similar thing but less obvious. Therefore I'm hoping that the zip will remain securely shut and not gape open in places like it's predecessor, as I nearly broke my instrument using it! I will send over the photos of the new bag with the similar fault to the customer service department.”

“I needed to build a rack for my wireless microphone setup for some upcoming work. Terralec have been a great company to deal with, very helpful, 95% of items in stock and a bonus is that they are local, so that I can collect quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommended and will 100% use again!”
