The guitar case was not as shown on the website although it didn't matter I think it should be amended, and I haven't received my emailed invoice yet. The service was absolutely fine, I would shop with you again if I had the need , no problem . Thanks.

The lights arrived 2 days after the predicted final date and only 9 of the 10 ordered received. The last one was delivered after I pointed out the deficiency. So the items did come but late. Packaging of the first delivery was not great. Just about adequate.

Not the best quality and came with a few dints to the metal legs. The screws also seemed too fat for the wood as when we screwed them at least half split the wood.

It took some time to get the delivery. There was some hassel with payment from another country and not changing the delivery address after i requested it. But everything worked out fine in the end!

Customer services were very helpful with working out the compatible products for the order I required. However whilst it is easy for me to come out with smart comments, product awareness perhaps at warehouse level with more product information against the order number might have highlighted the wrongly listed lid maker extrusion and prevented the incorrect double shipment item problem.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see from the notes on the system that you have received an incorrect item and we have a new replacement in place for you. Whilst every care is taken with the picking and packing of all orders, from time to time we accept the odd mistake can be made. I believe you wanted the 4mm product but received the 7mm product. The products are very similar, so think this was just a genuine mistake & we have put a new check system in place for these particular products.
