“I needed to build a rack for my wireless microphone setup for some upcoming work. Terralec have been a great company to deal with, very helpful, 95% of items in stock and a bonus is that they are local, so that I can collect quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommended and will 100% use again!”

“Excellent, efficient and prompt service and advice. I don't know much about sound systems, I'm the secretary of Furness Youth Theatre, which is a bunch of kids who perform main productions in Ulverston Coro (where they have professional light and sound support), but they also do smaller experimental, impro, fun and anarchic shows in village halls, which have strange acoustics. The opportunity of funding came up, so I put a hasty shopping list together for a portable system that we could take around the halls, which come in all shapes and sizes, and we got approval. I asked Daniel to check that all the stuff on the list was compatible, which he confirmed, and he also offered advice on how reduce the cost of cabling. I've set it up on the dining room table to confirm it works from mikes to speakers. So it's now ready to go into the real world of 30 kids in Pennington Memorial Hall.”

“I needed a replacement Cobra gig bag for my leads etc. It was to replace one I bought from Terrance 6 or 7 years ago which was worn out. I took the old one to their warehouse reception and young lady away to make sure I got the same size. The price was great and she suggested she kept the old back to put in rubbish to save me having to. Great service.”
